Dr. Monica Marcu
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Monica Marcu brings a vital scientific and health-focused perspective to mOrganic™. A respected medical professional and expert in nutritional science, pharmacology, phytomedicine, and public health, Dr. Marcu champions the exceptional, clinically grounded health benefits of mOrganic™ products. She has conducted extensive pharmacological and biological research, published widely in the peer-reviewed literature, and received numerous national and international awards for her contributions to nutritional medicine. Monica holds a Ph.D. in pharmacology, a Pharm.D., and a nursing degree — a rare, cross-disciplinary foundation that spans the laboratory bench, the pharmacy, and the bedside. She is the author of the best-selling book “The Miracle Tree,” dedicated to Moringa oleifera, and she guides mOrganic’s research into the nutritional and therapeutic properties of moringa, coconut, cacao, and the estate’s intercropped produce, ensuring that every product claim is scientifically validated, defensible, and honestly communicated to consumers.
Science & Wellness Leadership: At mOrganic™, Dr. Marcu translates rigorous science into practical wellness, bridging the gap between agricultural production and human health outcomes. She leads the development of the company’s nutritional research agenda — designing the studies, evidence reviews, and documentation that substantiate the functional benefits of regeneratively grown superfoods — and she serves as the scientific conscience behind mOrganic’s integrity standard, ensuring the company never overstates what its products can do. Beyond the laboratory, she plays a central role in creating wellness-focused educational content, distilling complex pharmacology and phytomedicine into clear, trustworthy guidance for consumers, clinicians, and partners. She is a passionate advocate for the role of regenerative agriculture in preventive health, connecting soil vitality to nutrient density and, ultimately, to human wellbeing. Her leadership ensures that mOrganic’s promise of food that is more than organic rests on a foundation of validated science rather than marketing claims — a distinction that defines the brand and protects the trust of everyone it serves.

Francesca “Francey” Marzicola
Chief Marketing Officer
Francesca Marzicola, MBA, serves as Chief Marketing Officer of mOrganic™ Holdings, where she leads brand strategy, investor communications, market positioning, and global marketing initiatives in support of the company’s regenerative agriculture mission. She brings 30 years of executive marketing and business-development experience spanning the food industry, health and wellness, sustainability, education, and technology. Francey earned her master’s degree from the USC Marshall School of Business and holds a degree in Dietetics and Food Administration — a combination that bridges nutrition, food systems, consumer behavior, and strategic business growth. Her career includes leadership roles in national product marketing for the restaurant industry, health-and-wellness initiatives through the nationally recognized Blue Zones Project, international business development, and executive branding through her consulting firm, Full Spectrum Marketing. Known for transforming complex ideas into clear, compelling brand narratives, she connects science and story to build trust with consumers and investors alike.
Brand & Growth Leadership: At mOrganic™, Francey owns the narrative that turns a regenerative farming platform into a movement. She architects the company’s positioning across every audience — consumers discovering nutrient-dense superfoods, investors evaluating a differentiated carbon-removal and agriculture opportunity, and partners seeking a credible sustainability story — ensuring a single, coherent voice across every channel. Drawing on three decades of building brands in food, wellness, and mission-driven enterprise, she designs go-to-market strategies, marketing infrastructure, and investor communications that scale with the company’s growth. Her Blue Zones background gives her a rare fluency in the science of longevity and healthy communities, which she weaves into mOrganic’s brand promise of food that is more than organic. Above all, Francey is disciplined about integrity in marketing: she insists that every claim be substantiated and every story be true, protecting the trust that is mOrganic’s most valuable asset as it grows toward national and global markets. Her north star is simple: earn belief through substance, and never spend that trust carelessly.

Colton Noll
Chief Financial Officer
Colton Noll is a strategic finance leader with more than 15 years of experience driving operational efficiency and profitability across diverse, high-growth industries. He hails from the Midwest — a product of small farming communities, with a family that still farms and ranches in Nebraska to this day — giving him a personal connection to mOrganic’s agricultural mission. Across a career spanning global corporations such as Oracle and Kraft Heinz to emerging manufacturers, he has specialized in building robust financial frameworks — including seven-year operating models and driver-based forecasting — that allow innovative organizations to scale with precision. His expertise in cross-functional business partnering and stakeholder engagement aligns closely with mOrganic’s mission to revolutionize agriculture through sustainable and regenerative practices. Just as mOrganic harmonizes technology with nature, Colton uses advanced data analytics and technical modeling to create transparency and durable, sustainable growth within complex businesses.
Finance & Scaling Experience: As Chief Financial Officer, Colton builds the financial architecture that lets mOrganic grow with discipline. He designs the operating models, forecasting systems, and capital plans that translate an ambitious regenerative vision into rigorous, investor-grade numbers — connecting farm-level operations, superfood product lines, and the company’s carbon-removal program into a single, coherent financial picture. His years inside global enterprises taught him how mature companies plan, measure, and govern; his time with emerging manufacturers taught him how to do it lean, fast, and under real constraints. He brings both instincts to mOrganic, establishing the reporting transparency and unit-economics discipline that early-stage investors and future public markets demand. Grounded by his family’s multigenerational farming heritage, Colton understands that the numbers ultimately serve the land and the communities that work it. He is committed to stewarding mOrganic’s capital with the same care a family brings to a farm meant to be passed on stronger than it was received.

Kristen Folger
Chief Administrative Officer
Kristen Folger, SHRM-CP, ensures the smooth and efficient operation of mOrganic™’s administrative functions, serving as the organizational backbone that keeps a fast-moving, mission-driven company running day to day. With broad experience across operations, finance, logistics, human resources, legal compliance, and organizational development, she brings a rare, cross-functional command of the systems that hold a growing enterprise together. As Chief Administrative Officer she oversees human resources, legal and regulatory compliance, internal policies, vendor and logistics coordination, and general administrative oversight, building the processes and infrastructure that allow every other team to focus on its work. A certified human-resources professional through the Society for Human Resource Management, Kristen pairs technical rigor with genuine care for people. She is committed to creating a supportive, ethical, and productive work environment for all Farm Associates, ensuring that mOrganic’s core values are embedded in its daily operations, its culture, and its employee relations.
Operations & Culture Leadership: Kristen’s role sits at the intersection of people and process, and she treats both as essential to mOrganic’s success. On the operations side, she designs and maintains the administrative, compliance, and HR frameworks that let a young company scale responsibly — standardizing policies, safeguarding legal and regulatory obligations, and coordinating the logistics that connect the estate, the office, and outside partners. On the culture side, she is a steward of the employee experience, ensuring that the values of regeneration, integrity, and community extend inward to the way mOrganic treats its own team. She builds hiring, onboarding, and development practices that attract mission-aligned talent and help Farm Associates grow with the company. As mOrganic expands, Kristen’s disciplined administration provides the stability that ambitious growth requires, freeing leadership to pursue the company’s regenerative vision with confidence that the foundation beneath them is sound, compliant, and humane. Quietly and reliably, she makes operational excellence the default across everything the company does behind the scenes, day after day.

Dean Wagner
Chief Sustainability Officer
Dean Wagner is the Chief Sustainability Officer at mOrganic™, a results-driven executive specializing in carbon neutrality, Net Zero strategy, and advanced manufacturing, with deep expertise in Industry 4.0, World Class Manufacturing, and end-to-end decarbonization roadmaps aligned with global frameworks such as the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) across Scopes 1, 2, and 3. Leveraging real-time energy monitoring, smart-factory systems, and data-driven dashboards, he embeds sustainability into core operations and drives measurable reductions in emissions, energy intensity, and cost. Having previously led sustainability efforts across global manufacturing organizations — where he exceeded carbon-reduction targets, deployed large-scale renewable-energy systems, and advanced ESG governance at both regional and corporate levels — Dean now focuses on advancing high-integrity carbon removal at mOrganic™, shifting organizations from low-value offsets to durable, verifiable removals through nature-based solutions and advanced measurement, reporting, and verification.
Decarbonization & Removals Leadership: At mOrganic™, Dean leads the strategy that turns regenerative agroforestry into rigorously measured climate impact. He designs the frameworks that quantify, document, and verify the company’s carbon removals — ensuring that every Regenerative Carbon Removal Unit rests on defensible science rather than the vague accounting that has undermined trust in voluntary carbon markets. Drawing on a manufacturing career built around efficiency and continuous improvement, he applies the same discipline to the estate’s operations, embedding energy, emissions, and resource metrics into everyday decision-making. Dean is a vocal advocate for the distinction between cheap offsets and durable, nature-based removals, and he positions mOrganic firmly on the credible side of that divide. He builds the measurement, reporting, and verification systems that let investors, partners, and regulators trust mOrganic’s climate claims — and he ensures the company’s sustainability strategy is not a marketing layer but an operating principle woven through production, product, and platform alike. Under his direction, sustainability becomes a source of enterprise value rather than a compliance cost — strengthening mOrganic’s standing with buyers, regulators, and the planet alike.

Shannon Loo
Chief Investment Officer
Shannon Loo is a well-rounded executive leader with a background in capital finance, capital raising, and business development, serving as Chief Investment Officer of mOrganic™. She brings deep cultural ties to the Polynesian community and, through her work with mOrganic in Hawaiʻi, is dedicated to serving local communities by uplifting cultural perspectives and supporting the preservation of island traditions. Her leadership ensures that capital is deployed not only for return, but in a way that honors the land and the people who steward it for the generations still to come.
Investment & Capital Leadership: As Chief Investment Officer, Shannon connects mOrganic’s regenerative mission to the capital required to realize it. She leads capital-raising strategy and investor relationships, structuring the funding that supports the estate’s agroforestry buildout, superfood product lines, and carbon-removal program, and she works to ensure that every investment advances both financial and ecological returns. Her experience across capital finance and business development gives her a practical command of how to align mission-driven enterprises with the investors, institutions, and partners who can help them grow. Grounded in Hawaiʻi, Shannon is especially focused on building relationships that keep value in the islands — supporting local communities, honoring cultural traditions, and demonstrating that regenerative agriculture can be both economically sound and culturally respectful. She brings a stewardship mindset to the company’s balance sheet, treating capital as a resource to be cultivated responsibly, so that mOrganic’s success strengthens the ʻāina and the people of Hawaiʻi for years to come.

The people who make it run.

Yasir Bey
Director of Education
Yasir Bey is an educator, agricultural communicator, and storyteller who translates complex ideas in soil health, regenerative agriculture, and food systems into clear, practical learning experiences. As Director of Education at mOrganic, he leads the development of curriculum, workforce pathways, internal training, university relationships, farm-based programming, and educational media — helping transform the farm into a living classroom that connects soil biology, regenerative practices, food production, carbon accountability, and mālama ʻāina through educational programs, media, and community partnerships. He is especially passionate about creating awareness and expanding meaningful opportunities for future generations to learn, work, and build careers in agriculture.
Yasir’s work is grounded in direct, hands-on experience with farms, farmers, and food systems. He lived at Apricot Lane Farms — the biodynamic farm featured in the acclaimed documentary The Biggest Little Farm — where he took part in daily operations and assisted with the film’s production, gaining firsthand insight into building a diverse agricultural ecosystem and the power of storytelling to connect farming, biodiversity, and land stewardship. On Hawaiʻi Island, he served as a produce liaison for Island Naturals, working directly with local farmers to connect their crops with the community while developing a practical understanding of Hawaiʻi’s food system and the challenges its growers face. He also brings professional experience in film and television production, education, nonprofit leadership, and public speaking — teaching film as a lecturer and coordinating production logistics and trade-out negotiations for the A&E series Ugly Houses — experience that sharpened his skills in partnership building, project management, and execution.

Dan O’Neill
Director of Business Development
Dan O’Neill brings over three decades of commercial growth leadership, specializing in bridging the gap between emerging innovation and scalable enterprise value. Known for connecting capital, people, and market opportunity, his expertise spans strategic partnerships, international expansion, go-to-market execution, and investor engagement across regenerative agriculture, consumer packaged goods, and life sciences. At mOrganic™, Dan leads global commercialization, off-take agreements, and strategic alliances, working closely with the executive team to scale the company’s soil-restoration and carbon platform while building the commercial foundations required for institutional investment and exit readiness. He is the connective tissue between mOrganic’s science and its markets — identifying the buyers, partners, and channels that turn regenerative production into durable revenue, and structuring the agreements that give those relationships longevity. Drawing on decades of building businesses across continents and categories, he brings a seasoned instinct for where value is created and how to capture it, pairing big-picture strategy with the discipline to execute. Dan understands that a mission-driven company must also be a commercially serious one, and he builds the partnerships, pipelines, and go-to-market motions that let mOrganic grow without compromising its values. His work ensures that the company’s regenerative model reaches the global markets that need it — and that mOrganic is positioned, commercially and structurally, for its next stage of growth.

With extensive hands-on experience in tropical agriculture, plantation management, and regenerative farming practices, Gayan leads the farm teams, ensuring the efficient implementation of the estate’s cultivation cycles, harvesting, and initial processing. His practical expertise in soil health, pest management, and crop optimization is vital to maintaining the high quality and productivity of mOrganic™’s produce. Where the company’s regenerative vision meets the soil, Gayan is the one who makes it real — translating agronomic strategy into the daily rhythm of planting, tending, and harvesting that keeps the estate productive and healthy. He manages the germination, transplanting, irrigation, pruning, and harvest cycles for moringa and the estate’s intercropped superfoods, coordinating the Farm Associates whose work brings the land to life. A careful steward of soil vitality, he applies regenerative and integrated practices that build fertility over time rather than deplete it, treating the land as a long-term asset to be strengthened with every cycle. His deep tropical-agriculture experience lets him anticipate the challenges of climate, pests, and seasonality, keeping quality and yield consistent. Gayan’s grounded, practical leadership ensures that mOrganic’s high standards are upheld not only in principle, but in every paddock, every harvest, and every day of work on the ʻāina.

He models the economics of the company’s superfood product lines alongside its carbon-removal program, ensuring that each initiative is both mission-aligned and financially sound. Fluent in the specialized world of environmental finance, he helps design the mechanisms that turn verified carbon removals into durable revenue, connecting mOrganic to the buyers, funds, and institutions that value high-integrity climate assets. Eliot pairs technical rigor with a stewardship mindset, guarding the company’s resources as carefully as the estate guards its soil.
