We built food security where hurricanes destroy it.
mOrganic began as Fusion Farms — a farm engineered to keep feeding an island through the storm. Today we’re restoring the soil, the supply, and the systems that feed and heal the world.
What happens when the ships stop coming?
Puerto Rico imports roughly 85% of its food. When a hurricane cuts the island off, the shelves empty within days. In 2016, in Mayagüez, we refused to accept that a community’s next meal should depend on a supply chain a single storm can sever.
So we built a farm the storm couldn’t stop.
Fusion Farms was a reinforced, closed-environment aquaponics farm — fish and plants in one closed loop, protected indoors, producing fresh food through hurricane season. It worked. It fed people, employed neighbors, and welcomed the community in for Saturday Tours. It became a symbol of what resilience really looks like.
The world took notice.
The Government of Puerto Rico featured Fusion Farms through Invest Puerto Rico to show global investors what island innovation could look like, and a Puerto Rico Opportunity Zone Fund backed the work. Then something we still can’t quite believe happened: Marvel Studios came calling.
We built the aquaponics farm you saw in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
Marvel Studios chose Fusion Farms to design and build a fully functioning aquaponics set — live tilapia, real greens, working towers — for the film. It was the first big-screen appearance of a vertical farm. When the future of food needed a face, they used ours.
Featured through Invest Puerto Rico — the “Impeller Offering.”
A Puerto Rico Opportunity Zone Fund invested in the work.

From protecting food to restoring the land.
Fusion Farms was the precursor. We proved you could produce food anywhere, against anything. The next question was bigger: could we heal the ground itself?
Fusion Farms
Indoor, reinforced, hurricane-proof production. Proof that resilience is possible.
ʻĀina Ulu Estate
Open, regenerative agroforestry, superfoods, living soil, and measurable carbon removal — guided by mālama ʻāina, to care for the land.
Every hero needs a J.A.R.V.I.S.
When Iron Man dreamed up an AI to run everything, it was science fiction. In 2026, we’re building it for agriculture. AIDAN — Autonomous Intelligence for Directing Agricultural Networks — is our virtual Chief Operating Officer: the operating brain that lets one farm become a network, and lets a grower anywhere run a world-class regenerative farm.
We’re giving the blueprint away.
The HyperLocal EcoSystem — our closed-loop aquaponics, BeeGenerative soil, and Quad-Helix agroforestry — is being opened to the world as Open Farm Code, so any community can restore its own food sovereignty. We call the people who build it Farm Miners. This is how one farm becomes a movement.
Restore with us.
The land. The value. The supply. The community. Same mission, grown up — and there’s a place in it for you.
