The mOrganic Way · Regenerative Agroforestry
The Quad-Helix (4-Tree) Agroforestry Plan
Four crops, one acre, four layers of light. By stacking coconut, moringa, cacao, and coffee into a single living system, we grow more food from less land — while restoring the soil, sequestering carbon, and building a hyperlocal supply chain that answers to the community, not to Big Ag.

One acre, four harvests
The four trees of the Quad-Helix.
Each tree occupies a different layer of sunlight and root depth, so they cooperate instead of compete — the same principle that makes a rainforest productive without inputs.
Coconut
Tall palms crown the system — filtering harsh sun, steadying the microclimate, and yielding water, oil, meat, and fiber for decades.
Moringa
Fast-growing and drought-tolerant, the “Miracle Tree” delivers a first-year harvest, feeds the soil, and shades the crops below.
Cacao
Shade-loving cacao thrives beneath the canopy — the way it grew in the wild — producing finer, more flavorful beans.
Coffee
The fourth helix. Slow-ripened in deep shade for a sweeter, cleaner cup — and a fourth income stream on the same ground.
How we grow it
Regenerative by design, not by label.
The Quad-Helix runs on a small set of principles that put soil life first and waste last.
BeeGenerative™ Soil System
We build living soil and pollinator habitat first — a biodiverse foundation that grows healthier plants without synthetic inputs.
Controlled-Environment Aquaponics
Water-efficient aquaponics complements the trees, closing nutrient loops and extending what the estate can produce year-round.
Chemical-Free Cultivation
No synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides. Pest balance comes from biodiversity, not from a spray tank.
Non-GMO Heritage Seed
We plant open-pollinated heritage varieties, preserving genetic diversity and resilience for the long term.
Zero-Waste Master Plan
Every byproduct has a home — husk to coir, pulp to cascara, grounds to scrub. What one crop discards, another uses.
Measured Carbon
Carbon fixed in soil and biomass is tracked through our FarmChain system, so climate impact is measured — not just claimed.
Why it matters
Disintermediating the Big-Ag supply chain.
The conventional food system moves crops through a long chain of middlemen — losing freshness, nutrition, and margin at every step. The Quad-Helix shortens that chain to almost nothing.
A HyperLocal food system
Grown, processed, and sold close to home — restoring value to the grower and the community.
- Fresher, more nutrient-dense food, harvested at peak
- Dignified, skilled agricultural jobs on the estate
- More of each dollar staying with the farm and the community
- Traceability from the exact acre to the table
The regenerative case
More from the same acre — and it gets better with time.
